Booking and Payment Terms and Conditions

Please note that all appointments are confirmed with payment via credit card or direct bank transfer and must be paid within 24 hours of booking otherwise your appointment will be cancelled. Please provide at least 48 hours notice of any request to reschedule or cancel your appointment otherwise a 100% reschedule fee will be applied. Refunds and transfers are not provided for failure to attend your consultation or group class.
